Set up
- Be in your place by 8:00 am
- Put on your Serve Team badge
- Immediately make coffee
- Fill pots to between 40-50 cups depending on desired strength. Use 1 package of coffee per percolator
- Choose 2 - 3 pastry options from bread table. Put pastries on small plates and place on lower bar top
- Around 8:30 am, put out condiments. Replenish sugar and sugar substitutes. Put out creamers
- Extra supplies:
- Left closet behind Info Central - cups, lids, plates and napkins
- Right closet behind Info Central - sink and cleaning supplies to clean percolators
- Make sure that area is cleaned and presentable with no trash laying around
- Attend Serve Team prayer at 9:25 am
Pre-Service:
- Always have a smile on
- Serve coffee to each person and thank them for being here today
- If coffee runs out preservice, dont refill
- Start the process of closing up the Coffee shop when the 5 minute countdown begins. We want people to go ahead and get seated for Worship
- Dump coffee grounds in garbage
- Clean out coffee makers and take them to the utilty room sink to clean. Please make sure the percolators are reassembled the same way they were assembled because one coffee maker is different.
- Throw away pastries and wipe down tops and utensils
- Put everything else back in cabinets and fridge
