Set up

1. Turn on cameras
2. Verify signal to switcher
3. Make sure exposure is set across all cameras (if help is needed, ask)
4. Check camera focus
5. Get all walkie talkies ready and deliver them to each media member who needs one
   1. People who need one: livestream, ProPresenter, and camera operators
   2. All talkies should be set to channel 1
6. Converse with livestream team via walkie talkie throughout service
   1. Discuss switching cameras, panning cameras, lyric overlay, etc.

Shut down

1. Turn off cameras
2. Collect all walkie talkies
3. Make sure they are turned off
4. Return them to their charging station
