Roll Console, Console stand and Console cabling to the FOH area
Unassemble the case and place on a stand in proper area
On back of console connect the DMX A cable (Yellow) and the Lighting LAN cable (Pink)
Match up the other end of the DMX A & Light LAN cables to the switch board on the wall at the back of the gym
Plug the power cable into the back of the console and run the other end over to the back of the Waves Console to the back power outlet
Turn on Console (You may need to power on the small computer inside by pushing the power button)
Once console comes on, click on the MA symbol on the desktop
After the program loads, select the display image (circled in red) and then select 2 (circled in blue) to get a display on the 2nd screen.
At the bottom left screen make sure that the order of service is in flows with the bottom row. Should be as follows: Walk In 1st Worship Song 2nd Worship Song Baptism (if we will be doing it) 3rd Worship Song 4th Worship Song Announcements Message
If there is anything out of order or anything needs to be added/replaced on bottom row select the “Sequence” tab on the right of the screen (see below image). This will get you to all the lighting scenes and worship songs.
Once you find the scene/song you want to choose, click on the “Assign” button (Circled in orange below), then the song/item you want to with the mouse and then select the spot you want to put it in on the bottom left row of the screen above.
Once you are set up get the audio to headphone box (located in pocket behind keyboard) and connect to the audio cable coming from the Audio board. This will allow you to plug in your headphones to go along with the Click Guide to ensure Lighting stays on que.
