Set-up:

  1. As the Director, this position is in charge for the day for media
  2. Please be the FIRST one here and the LAST ONE to leave. You need to be here by 7:30
  3. Open computer and log in to Gmail

    3. Check the email for Pastor Rick’s sermon notes and print 2 copies on the printer
      1. 1 for Director
      2. 1 for Graphics team
    4. Make sure if Pastor Rick sent any late photos, to make sure they are in ProPresenter
  4. Assist any position when needed. You need to know every position so if there is an issue you can trouble shoot it. If they need access to the checklist, text them this link: https://www.notion.so/CCW-Tech-Worship-Checklist-and-Resources-6843b9c3148f4c4a82bc1a536349ad2e?pvs=4
  1. Load the CCW show in the video switcher if needed? This gets us back to reset on the video switcher and sets all screens accordingly for the day
  2. Make sure our LED Wall and Lighting are in sync with cameras with white balance
  3. Attend Serve Team Prayer at 9:25a

Pre-Service:

  1. Have a production meeting starting right after Serve team prayer with everyone to go thru the morning again for last minute touches. Go thru PCO with the team.
  2. Be in your spot 20 minutes prior to service startWe need to make sure all serve team above are in their spot at least 15 min prior to service start
  3. Remind Camera Team to get better shots more frequently especially during Worship and to stay on Pastor during preaching the whole time
