Pre-Service (Show up at 8:00a to do this walk-thru):

1. Wake up Mac mini
2. Sign in (Password: cleaning1)
3. Turn on Program TV
4. Open up Planning Center Services app and be familiar with service flow for today
5. Open Splashtop app and then click on CCW Gym - Rack mac Mini
6. Open ProPresenter (If Propresenter is open already, close it all the way out and reopen so it has a fresh start for the day)
7. Check the Playlist for the Sunday Service to make sure you have
   1. Pre-Service slides
   2. Opening Video
   3. Worship Songs (usually 4)
      1. If there is Baptism, make sure in between song 2 and 3 there is a Clear all slide put in
   4. Welcome slide for Guest Transition
   5. Sermon for the day - Get Pastor Ricks outline from him which has everything needed for the day
   6. Transition slides for announcements (if needed)
   7. Post Service slideshow
8. Make sure volume is up for you on the speakers in the room so you can hear service
9. Communicate with Service Producer and Director that you are ready to go
10. Rehearsal starts at 8:00a!
11. Click thru slides as Worship team does rehearsal to get the flow for the day and if you see any issues on slides, let Director and Service Producer know

After Worship Practice rehearsal:

1. Test all videos
2. Check for any photos/videos in the sermon so you are ready when the Pastor calls for them if there are any
3. Attend Serve Team prayer at 9:25a
4. Pre-service slides should start at 9:30a automatically
5. Service Welcome video should start at 9:55a automatically
