Set up

  1. Make sure all cameras are on and show on your multi-viewer
  2. Verify signal to switcher with Tech Director
  3. Make sure exposure is set across all cameras (if help is needed, ask)
  4. Check camera focus for each camera operator
  5. Converse with Tech Director via intercomm throughout service and use headset
    1. Discuss switching cameras, panning cameras, lyric overlay, etc with TD if needed
  6. Start recording of cams and livestream on video disk 5 minutes before service starts

  1. Start Livestream signal at least 10 minutes before service (9:45a) by clicking the “Stream” button on the Aja helo (signal takes about 30 seconds to show us “LIVE”)

  1. Confirm that we are streaming by logging on to The Church at CW YouTube channel. The CCW App will not show us LIVE until countdown on the app finishes at 9:56am

Shut down

  1. Stop Livestream by clicking the “Stream” button on the Aja helo
  2. Stop the Recording of cams and livestream recorders on video disk
  3. Make sure all cameras are off
