Set up

1. Turn on mixer (power switch on back)
2. Turn on MAC mini if not already on
3. Turn on stage boxes in the back corner of the stage
4. Turn on the bottom 2 Amps in the back-music room
   • Turn on the 3 Amps (Not all 3 are always in active use, but if you don’t know which ones are being used currently, it won’t hurt to turn all 3 on)
5. (The DBX and the Power Conditioner should already be on)
6. Check every battery in all of the wireless mics and packs being used
7. Check batteries for bands headphone amps
8. Set Gain levels for every channel with input
9. Pre-Roll music is coming through ProPresenter. Verify that you're getting signal
10. Test Videos from ProPresenter and Set Sound Level
11. Make sure companion is turned on and connected to the WING
12. Prep Mac Mini for service recording

During Service

1. Fluorescent lights turn off at the beginning of the Countdown
2. Blinds Go Down at End of Countdown
3. Music Fades at End of Countdown
4. Mute the Drums and Track channels after Worship and Unmute for the Last Song
5. Floods Go Down When Videos Are Played
6. Fluorescent lights turn on at sermon
