Set up

1. Open and Start Dante Virtual Sound Card and Dante Controller
2. Open logic pro x and set up project
3. Turn on Record Enable on all channels
4. Verify signal coming through channels
5. Set up all channels for current week
6. Match vocalist with current week’s singers
7. Open ATEM Software Control
   1. Verify if lower thirds lyrics are working. If not:
   2. Make sure ON AIR button is on for lyrics
   3. Turn off ON AIR button after worship
8. Open Web Presenter Setup Application
   1. Verify web presenter settings are correct (1080p, 23.98, -restream)
9. Open Propresenter
   1. Prep Countdown Video, 'Starting Soon' Graphic, and Outro Video on PP
   2. Verify output to the switcher
10. Open Restream 1. Update titles - Change title to “current sermon title – Cornerstone Americus”
11. Pull up YouTube and Facebook Stream to monitor for issues
    1. Communicate issues with Media Director
12. Communicate with camera operators over the headsets about camera angles, switching shots, etc.
13. Hit Go Live in Web Presenter and start countdown at 10:25am
    1. Mute audio until service starts

During Service

1. Mute the Drums and Track channels after Worship and Unmute for the Last Song

Shut down

1. Play Outro Video
2. Hit End Stream
3. Close, Dante, ATEM, etc
4. Sleep Computer
